In stressful crises, there are two stress levels in the body that need to be lowered: -The acute stress level in the body at a certain time. -The basic stress level, which is the stress level that you experience on average over several days or weeks.

4) Having during daytime a fast pace in movements, forced speech and walking, maybe someone in the surrounding has even commented on it.
5) Experiencing rapid changes in emotions with reactions that are much stronger and more difficult to control than normal, that is, the volume buttons of the feelings seem broken.
6) Problems with remembering things and having difficulty concentrating and focusing.
