3 steps to increase your self-esteem  already today

The last posts have been about how you can start today by becoming more aware of your positive traits and what you are proud of. You can do this using these 3 steps:

1: Remind yourself every morning of your positive traits and what you are proud of.

2: Praise yourself during the day about how events that happen are related to your positive traits and what you are proud of.

3: In the evening, reflect over, write down and validate today’s positive events and link them to your positive traits.

Try this:

Do these 3 steps every day until:
– You know your positive traits and what you are proud of by heart
AND
– The exercise makes you naturally proud
AND
– The exercise no longer causes discomfort.
