Step 8 is about identifying helpful routines to maintain focus on you desired changes.
During a change process, it is common to encounter unforeseen problems, bumps in the road. In order to prepare for this, it is important to develop strategies to manage them.
One of the most overseen but fundamentally important activities to actually achieve planned goals and changes is to regularly schedule a fixed reflection time, preferably at the same day and time every week. During this time you go through status and progress made towards your goals.
