In order to deepen your regard of yourself it is very important that you also remind yourself during your day about your positive traits and what you are proud of.

Try this:

Step 2: Pay attention during the day when you are talking unnecessarily harsh to yourself and correct the tone to a kinder one:

“If I were to talk kinder and more respectfully to myself, I would instead say: You did your best. Next time, also consider… ”

Also, be sure to proudly link things that go well during the day to your positive traits:

“Great that I once again showed that I am X”

“Another nice sign that I am Y “
