Step 1 – evaluate your life in 10 important life areas
Step 2 – select your 2-3 prioritized development areas
Step 3 – identify the desired qualities and expectations
Step 4 – identify obstacles
Step 5 – identify actions and steps you can take today
Step 6 – identify and describe your values and daily behaviours
Better self-esteem: Step 7 – Take steps towards your values and defy any obstacles
Step 7 is about taking valued steps, which often also includes being willing to encounter the obstacles you have identified in earlier steps and be determined to take the action anyway. Try to identify at least one value-based action you that are willing to take in each of your prioritized areas that you identified in Step 2 above.
