In stressful crises, there are two stress levels in the body that need to be taken care of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The acute stress level in the body at a certain time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The basic stress level, which is the stress level that you experience on average over a longer period, i.e. several days and weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest posts have been about 16 effective techniques to lower the acute stress level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From now on, I will go through strategies on how to reduce the increased base-level of stress in the
body. Base-level stress in the body is stress that is built up over days by increased everyday stress that stays in the body when we do not get enough recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 common symptoms of an elevated base stress are often visible in changed sleep patterns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Difficulty falling asleep, where even ordinary thoughts can spin around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Waking up early and having trouble falling asleep again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Waking up frequently with panic attacks, high heart rate or other stress-related symptoms that are not due to nightmares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
