You can do this by developing both your self-esteem and your self-confidence since they are interconnected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The last posts have been about how you can increase your self-esteem starting right now. You can do this by being aware of your positive traits and what you are proud of. Do this daily in 3 ways. This post is about the second way: Increase your self-esteem by validating yourself during the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In order to deepen your regard of yourself it is very important that you also remind yourself during your day about your positive traits and what you are proud of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 2: Pay attention during the day when you are talking unnecessarily harsh to yourself and correct the tone to a kinder one:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIf I were to talk kinder and more respectfully to myself, I would instead say: You did your best.
