Step 1 in the last post is about rating your life satisfaction and your aspirations in 10 important life areas connected to well-being. The aim is to create your desired life.<\/p>\n

Better self-esteem: Step 2 – How to prioritize life goals<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The next step is about selecting your prioritized 2-3 life areas. For example, the areas with the largest gap between current state and desired state or the areas where you rate lowest in goal achievement.<\/p>\n

It is also important to consider which areas that are the most critical in your life depending on where you are in your life phase. For new parents with an infant, career might not have the highest priority the coming year. Saving for an own apartment might not be prioritized for someone who would like to get a seasonal job in another area.<\/p>\n
