Step 8 is about identifying helpful routines to maintain focus on you desired changes.<\/p>\n

To manage unforeseen problems, it is important to regularly schedule a fixed reflection time every week to evaluate progress made and make necessary changes.<\/p>\n

Having regularly evaluations is one of the things that distinguishes those who succeed in making changes in their lives.<\/p>\n

These persons make some extra – new – effort over time and evaluate progress regularly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I recommend a fixed time of the week AND the month – potentially Sunday morning as well as the first day of each month.<\/p>\n
