Close ones can help you identify your positive traits (1 minute read)
Close ones can help you identify your positive traits. This post continues with how you can feel better during this crisis by developing both your self-esteem and your self-confidence. Here I continue with questions to help you find your positive traits. If the questions in the previous posts are too difficult for you to answer, there are several other ways you can try in order to stimulate your thinking.
Interview people around you and ask them to say:
– 3 positive traits that they think define you as well as
– describe situations when you show them, so that you can more easily take them in.
Close ones can help you identify your positive traits
Ask for example:
What do they appreciate about you?
What do they think you are good at?
Which positive traits and qualities are needed to be good at what you are good at?
