Better self-esteem: Step 2 in identifying life goals
Last post was about rating yourself on 10 important life areas that are connected to general well-being. This information can be used for creating your desired life, for example by using the following steps:
Step 1: Go back to the 10 life areas. Rate your life both today and where you would be in your ideal state on a scale 0 = not satisfied at all to 10 = have fully obtained my goals for now in this life area.
Step 2: Prioritize your life areas with the aim to identify 2-3 areas that you would like to develop. For example, this can either be the ones with the largest gap in number between current state and desired state or the areas where you are lowest when it comes to goal achievements. You choose.
