Here are some more suggestions on how to improve your sense of coherence. The focus is on increasing your experience of life as being understandable, manageable and meaningful. This is particularly effective in reducing the negative effects of stress and crises like this one on your health.

Research has shown that you can strengthen your sense of coherence as well as reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by actively looking for situations and people you really like and feel good about.

To think about:

– What do you think about doing that you haven’t done during the last week? When can you do it?

– Who are you planning to contact but have not yet reached out to? When can you do it and in what way?
