Research has shown that you can strengthen your sense of coherence as well as reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by developing your self-esteem and your inner security.

A stronger self-esteem will help you:

– seek help in time

– stand strong in important conversations, dare to ask questions and therefore to a greater extent get what you need

– become more important to yourself than getting stuck in what others think, which increases well-being and reduces discomfort

– increase your overall satisfaction with life

– get distracted by spending time on activities that enhance self-esteem, which are satisfying in themselves

– reduce the time you spend on destructive activities driven by negative thoughts about yourself
