Affirmations are positive statements about you. They are powerful since they guide our thoughts and actions. They remind our conscious and subconscious mind in our daily life. Thereby steering our priorities and activities. In this way affirmations can help us create more of the life we desire.

Affirmations also buffer stress, make us less defensive and hence more open to feedback and change. Also, affirmations give us better access to our creativity and problem-solving skills.

Identify the top three areas where you would like to improve your self-esteem

Think about if there are any of your positive traits and values that could be helpful to use in achieving this.
