Increase your self-esteem by visualizing your core values (1 minute read)
This post ‘Increase your self-esteem by visualizing your core values’ continues with techniques to increase your self-esteem.You can also visualize – practice seeing things in front of you – when it comes to you core values.
Increase your self-esteem by visualizing your core values:
Our core values are what drive our behaviors and activities – what is important and unimportant in our lives – what is the right thing and the wrong thing to do. Among other things, how we look at money and assets. How we mean that one should behave towards others, animals and nature.
It is important for your self-esteem to clarify your values as they are building blocks of who you are and want to become. Living in harmony with this strengthens our belief in ourselves.
Try this:
Think about your values:
What is important in your life?
What creates joy in your life?
When do you feel relaxed?
What are you interested in?
What makes you upset?
When do you feel proud?
What makes you sad?
What makes you feel harmonious?
