Boost you self-esteem by knowing your positive traits (1 minute read)

This post continues with how you can feel better during this crisis by developing both your self-esteem and your self-confidence. The latest posts have been about identifying 10 positive traits that you have. These are important components of your self-esteem. They are more stable and less dependent on your performance, although they need to be used and made visible to strengthen you.

Boost you self-esteem by knowing your positive traits

I suggest you write down:

1. Your 10 positive traits that you have identified during the recent posts.

2. 2-3 situations where you are using each of these positive traits.

3. It may also be good to write down a witness for each trait. This is someone who agrees with you that you have this positive trait. The purpose of this is that it becomes more difficult for you to deny these traits, even if you sometimes can feel uncertain about having them.
