An extremely important exercise to improve your self-esteem and self-worth is to read your list of your 10 positive traits aloud to yourself. The importance of doing this for boosting well-being is widely known. This is a component of the important process called mirroring.

The important effect of mirroring has been documented in the research on children’s mental development, identity development, personal development and therapy.
