Here are some more suggestions on how to improve your sense of coherence. The focus is on increasing your experience of life as being understandable, manageable and meaningful. This is particularly effective in reducing the negative effects of stress and crises like this one on your health.

Research has shown that you can strengthen your sense of coherence as well as reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by prioritizing activities that enhance your well-being.

To think about

When do you feel the best? What do you do then and with whom?

When did you feel good this past week / month? What did you do then?

Which of these activities can you do more of each week?

What activities have you wanted to try that you could test now?

What can you do for at least 15 minutes today?
