Feel better by simplifying your life (1 minute read)

Here are suggestions on how to improve your sense of coherence. The focus is on increasing your experience of life as being understandable, manageable and meaningful. This is particularly effective in reducing the negative effects of stress and crises like this one on your

health. Research has shown that you can strengthen your sense of coherence, among other things, by simplifying your daily life:

– have routines and make daily schedules that bring predictability, rhythm and calm.

– appreciate the small things in life such as lubricating yourself, picking flowers, creating cozy breaks.

– be present in the moment with all your senses for example at meals, taking in nature etc.
