Important questions for increasing your self-esteem (1 minute read)
This post continues with how you can feel better during this crisis by developing both your self-esteem and your self-confidence. It is about starting to find all the great things that I know exist in you but that you may not be aware of or focus on for various reasons. This is important in order to create inner strength. An inner anchor that you can hold on to when you find yourself in challenging situations where you might otherwise start to question yourself.
Important questions for increasing your self-esteem:
What do you like about yourself?
What have others praised you for?
Which strengths do you have?
What are you good at?
What do you enjoy doing?
