List what you are proud of
It is important to make a list of what you are proud of when it comes to yourself if you would like to increase your self-esteem and self-confidence.
Use your answers in the recent exercises. Find at least 10 areas. If it has been difficult for you to identify your areas to be proud of in the previous exercises, you can interview people around you.
Try this:
Ask the persons you interview to say 3 things they think you should be proud of as well as why.
