Noting what you are proud of
By identifying what you are proud of, you can get a fuller picture of yourself. It also makes it easier for you to deal with adversities.
Remember – you are never just an event. Things happen and sometimes things go worse than expected. Then it is important to remember this difference.
Important areas to explore in order to document what you are proud of are:
Completed education and work
If you have done something brave, different, difficult – activities, trips etc.
Challenges you managed
Changes you have implemented and begun
Relationships you have
Values you have
Try this:
See if you can identify something you are proud of in each of the above areas.
