This exercise is about seeing yourself and the good things about yourself – not evaluating how you look.
That you look into your eyes without evaluating your appearance.
Be attentive and careful with how you talk to yourself.
If you notice that you are critical of yourself and get stuck in your appearance, it is important that you go against this.
You can say:
“I am good enough. I will not listen to the critical voice. The goal of this exercise is to see my positive traits and they are… ”
